Scheduling Appointment
It is a requirement to have a Credit or Debit card on file for our “No Show” and “cancellation” policy. You will not be charged unless you are a no show and/or don’t cancel with in 24 hours.
Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due on the day missed.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Appointment time frame
Typical standard Full Body Massage consist of 60 minutes (1 hour), in which 50 minutes of that time is actual massage time, the other ten minutes is dedicated to consultation, dress time. All services will have a 5-10 minute consultation and prep time.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
